Shipping & Processing Times

All orders will be processed and shipped, in the order they were received, within 7 business days. All of our products are made to order, so processing times are needed to make your purchase.  Exceptions include holiday seasons. Please reach out via email if you have a need for an item earlier, and we will do our best to help. 

All orders over $25 ship for free from our website using standard shipping.  If you would wish to upgrade or expedite your shipping, please contact us at custommetal@cnscnc.com if the available shipping upgrades won't meet your deadline.

We want to ensure your shopping experience with us exceeds all expectations, and we insure every package in the event something should happen during transit.  If you receive your item and it has been damaged, or your item is lost, please contact us immediately at customemetal@cnscnc.com.  You will need to keep your original packaging and take pictures of the item/packaging as it was received so we can file a claim on your behalf.  Failure to take pictures and keep you original packaging may hinder the claim process.
