This Chief Master Sergeant headdress American flag is our newest item for military gifts. Each piece is carefully laser cut using state of the art laser equipment. Next, we hand polish each component to a brilliant shine before applying a generous powder coat application.
The flag portion of the piece features hand formed waves, three stage powder coating, and integrated hanging brackets on each of the flag corners. The flag measures 24” wide by 13” tall.
The headdress emblem measures 11.35” tall by 8.75” wide. The emblem can be either a single layer or include a back portion as illustrated in the variation pictures. The emblem is affixed to the flag using welded steel studs, making sure it will never fall off of the flag.
