We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We’ll assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items & gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • If unsure, contact us with any questions regarding your item’s eligibility.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item following our return process. Once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
