How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed and shipped in the order received within 7 business days. Since our products are made to order, this time is needed for production. Processing times may be longer during holiday seasons.

Can I get my order sooner?

If you need an item earlier, please email us at custommetal@cnscnc.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $25 ship for free using standard shipping from our website.

Can I upgrade or expedite my shipping?

Yes, if the available shipping upgrades don’t meet your deadline, please contact us at custommetal@cnscnc.com to discuss options.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

We insure every package. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at custommetal@cnscnc.com. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the item and packaging as received. This is necessary for us to file a claim on your behalf. Failure to provide these may hinder the claims process.
