Order Processing & Production Times
- All orders are made to order and processed in the order they are received.
- Processing and production typically take 7 business days before shipping.
- During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Shipping: Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
- Expedited & Upgraded Shipping: Available at checkout. If you need further customization on shipping speed, contact us at custommetal@cnscnc.com before placing your order.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- We insure every package to protect against loss or damage.
- If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at custommetal@cnscnc.com.
- For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the item and packaging to assist with our claims process.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
