Order Processing & Production Times

  • All orders are made to order and processed in the order they are received.
  • Processing and production typically take 7 business days before shipping.
  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Expedited & Upgraded Shipping: Available at checkout. If you need further customization on shipping speed, contact us at custommetal@cnscnc.com before placing your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing
    • International Shipping: Varies by location (customs delays may apply)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • We insure every package to protect against loss or damage.
  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at custommetal@cnscnc.com.
  • For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the item and packaging to assist with our claims process.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
